INTRODUZIONE OBBLIGHI
Il Decreto del Ministero delle Infrastrutture e Trasporti del 17/01/2018 sulle nuove Norme Tecniche per le Costruzioni (NTC) è stato pubblicato sulla Gazzetta Ufficiale il 20/02/2018.
Le nuove norme tecniche per le costruzioni entreranno in vigore il 22 marzo 2018.
Sul supplemento ordinario n.5 alla Gazzetta Ufficiale n.35 del 11/02/2019 è stata pubblicata la Circolare 21/01/2019 n.7 del C.S.LL.PP. recante "Istruzioni per l'applicazione dell'aggiornamento delle Norme Tecniche per le Costruzioni di cui al D.M. 17/01/2018", che sostituisce la precedente Circolare n.617 del 02/02/2009.
La Circolare del 21/01/19 n.7 del C.S.LL.PP, tra le varie novità, introduce:
- sui Certificati di prova dovranno essere riportate obbligatoriamente le generalità della persona che ha consegnato il materiale da sottoporre a prova;
- i Certificati potranno essere consegnati solo al Direttore dei Lavori, o altra persona munita di DELEGA sottoscritta dal D.L.
